Jafet joined VVRG in 2021 as a Senior Agent specializing in Retail and Industrial leasing and investment sales.

Jafet brings over seven years of contractual negotiating experience within the Retail and Industrial sector, where he has assisted many landlords and tenants in the private and non-profit sectors. In addition, he has worked with mom-and-pop clients and national franchises to serve their individual needs. His ability to adapt and cater to the needs of his clients, regardless of size, sets him apart from other agents, and he brings a unique skill set to the VVRG Team.

His primary geographic focus is in the Long Beach Metro, and he has been able to transact more than 100,000 square feet of real estate during his career within various submarkets of Southern California, expanding from San Diego to the San Fernando Valley and many jurisdictions in between.

Jafet began his career in 2012 in the residential mortgage space getting his first insight into deal-making in the real estate space. He entered the Commercial Brokerage space in 2014 with a National Brokerage, where he learned his first steps to becoming a successful Commercial Agent. He transitioned to working with VVRG in 2021 as a full-time Commercial Senior Agent.

Jafet attended David Starr Jordan High School in Long Beach, California. As a proud Long Beach native with strong ties to the Long Beach community, he has been nominated to be part of the Board of Directors for the North Long Beach Business Improvement District.

During his time away from work, Jafet enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle. You can catch him at the gym, playing basketball, hiking, or snowboarding while away from real estate.
