VVRG is pleased to announce the successful lease up of a fully-permitted and equipped 2nd generation kitchen/restaurant. The 1,600/SF storefront restaurant previously used by Which Wich, and built out from 2019-2020, will have a new tenant – Adriana’s Cocina. The heavily transited multi-tenant retail center will enjoy a new food concept for the community.
VVRG was able to secure a 5 year + NNN lease for both parties. This is the highest lease comparable out of thirty 2nd generation restaurants within a 7 mile radius.
