A graduate of the University of Oregon, Victoria earned her B.A. in Political Science, where she developed a strong foundation in analysis, communication, and community engagement. Her commitment to advocacy and representation extends into her leadership role as President of the NAHREP MSELA chapter (The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®), where she champions sustainable homeownership and economic mobility within the Latino community.
