Johnny is an experienced commercial real estate & finance professional, skilled in investment management and acquisitions/dispositions of industrial warehouses, multi-tenant retail strip centers & land for development. 

Johnny started his career in real estate & finance over 20 years ago with Bank of America – Merrill Lynch in their real estate lending and wealth management divisions in Dallas, Texas. 

He also holds Real Estate Brokers Licenses in Colorado, Texas and Louisiana. With specialties in the Denver and Dallas markets.

Johnny earned his B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in 2005, received his Certificate in Financial Planning in 2016 from Texas A&M University and is a Project REAP Graduate – Dallas Class of 2016

In his free time he likes to ski, scuba dive, travel internationally and build hours/endorsements for his pilot’s license flying Cessna 172’s.
