Nick is an emerging real estate developer from Los Angeles, CA. Prior to moving to El Salvador, Nick was entitling and managing the construction of more than 400 units. Born and raised in Inglewood, he has seen Los Angeles develop tremendously and pursued dreams of adding progress to the city. Nick Tolson’s desire to build led him to his first job in development & construction where he successfully delivered the Certificate of Occupancy for more than 200 multifamily units in Southern California from 2014-2018 as a Project Manager.

He has been developing and constructing multifamily and mixed-use projects since 2014 across 3 markets: Los Angeles, Ventura County, and New York City. He also holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York and a California Real Estate License as a Realtor.
